The bout for the title at -52oC

At the end of December (on 21st of December to be precise) in Beloyarsky (Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district, Russia) a vacant WBC Eurasian Pacific Boxing Council super bantamweight title was challenged. A 25-year-old Murad Arslanov from Russia and 33-year-old Rauf Agayev from Azerbaijan met in a 10-round fight. The boxing show was held by the promotion company RCC Boxing Promotions (Titov Boxing Promotions). 
The bout lasted all 10 rounds, and as the result Murad Arslanov (now 7-0, 4 KO) has won the bout on points by the unanimous decision of judges (100-90 and 99-91 twice). 
The uniqueness of the situation was that the fight for the WBC Eurasian champion title, which was held in the Beloyarsk Palace of Sports, took place at the time when the temperature outdoors reached -52oC. For the first time in world history of professional boxing a bout for a title took place at such a low temperature.
